O R D E R Counsel for petitioner is absent. Perused the petition.
2. Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in PCR No.20/2012 and the FIR in Crime No.87/2012 on the file of Addl.Civil Judge & JMFC, Puttur, Dakshina Kannada.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional SPP appearing for Respondent No.1 submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Civil Judge & JMFC, I Court, Puttur, in C.C.No.887/2013 and after trial, the petitioner has been acquitted on 26.10.2013 for the charges leveled against him for the offences alleged. His submission is placed on record.
4. In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
