THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Sri Ramamurthy, Inspector of Police, Bagalur Police Station, Bagalur, Jala Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk (presently Yelahanka Taluk) is present before this Court. He apologizes and submits that he will not repeat such mistakes in future. The said submission is taken on record.
2. On instructions from the above said Inspector of Police, Sri M. Vinod Kumar, learned Additional Government Advocate, submits that the complaint- Annexure-A has been considered and the jurisdictional Inspector of Police, who is present before this Court, has already registered a case in Crime No.150/2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 504, 506, 506B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The said submission is placed on record.
3. In view of the above, writ petition is disposed off as having become infructuous.
