These petitions are admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.

In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek a writ of certiorari for quashment of the tender notification dated 18.04.2018 issued by respondent No.2 for laying of O.F.Cable works for Development and Maintenance in Mysuru SSA(Rural) as well as writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1 not to approve the tenders of respondent Nos.3 to 6 in respect of the aforesaid work.
3. When these matters were taken up today, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that by the impugned tender notification, work of laying down of O.F. Cable works and Development and Maintenance in Mysuru SSA(Rural) and Chamarajanagar Districts was invited. It is further submitted that the process of tender has been completed and the work order has already been issued in favour of respondent Nos.3 to 6 on 12.07.2018.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
In view of dismissal of the main petitions, pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is disposed of.
