ORDER Sri Keshav R. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Yogesh D.Naik, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri Y.D.Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.3.
In this petition, the petitioner inter allia seeks for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.12.2018 and to take a decision with regard to the settlement of loan amount of the petitioner under the modified one time settlement scheme.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the suitable action shall be taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner, if not already taken, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner contained in Annexure-C by a speaking order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
