THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri. H. V. Devaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri. E. S. Indiresh, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.2.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent No.1.
2. These petitions are admitted for hearing.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the petition in case bearing LAQ/ARB/NH-7/CR/21/2015-16 as per Annexure-G for enhancement of compensation in respect of the ‘B’ Schedule property within a fixed time limit.
4. When these matters were taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that these writ petitions may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the petition vide Annexure-G for enhancement of compensation in respect of the ‘B’ Schedule property in accordance with law in a time bound manner.
5. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the petition filed by the petitioner in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of.
