THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R None appear for the parties. Perused the records.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia prays for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2018 and to settle the loan account of the petitioner under the modified Government of Karnataka- One Time Settlement Scheme, in terms of the Government Order No.56 BFC 2009 dated 26.09.2009 and to consider the final order passed in W.P.No.11533/2012.
3. On perusal of the records and in the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.12.2018, if not already decided in accordance with law by a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
