J U D G M E N T The applicant in I.A.No.1/2018 has filed memo for withdrawal of the said application. Therefore, I.A.No.1/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn and the memo is disposed of accordingly.
2. The appellants and respondents were present and heard on 16.04.2019 on the compromise petition and their presence for today was dispensed with.
3. Heard both counsel on the compromise petition I.A.No.1/2019. The compromise is found admissible in law. Therefore, the same is recorded. Appeal and I.A.No.1/2019 are disposed of in terms of the compromise petition.
