THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER 1. Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Special Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District, Bangalore to dispose of revision petition No.149/2014-15 filed by Smt. Arathi and Smt. Shyamala, expeditiously. Said Smt. Arathi and Smt. Shyamala have not been arrayed as party respondents to this writ petition.
2. Learned Additional Government Advocate points out that as large number of matters are pending, it will take some time for the Deputy Commissioner to dispose of the revision petition.
3. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case, what all can be observed is that the Deputy Commissioner has to make sincere efforts to expedite the disposal of the revision petition.
4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
