Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 27-01-2014, in WP.No.1715 of 2014, by the respondent.
At the hearing, Sri Bankatlal Mandhani, learned Counsel for the petitioners, stated that the grievance of his clients stood abated with the conduct of survey and demarcation of the subject land after the case was adjourned last.
In the light of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed and the respondent is discharged from the Contempt Proceedings.
