THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 to act upon the representation given to the Hon’ble Chief Minister and Hon’ble Home Minister vide Annexures F and G dated 06.02.2015 and 06.08.2015 respectively and in continuation endorsement vide Annexure-H dated 29.08.2015.
2. On perusal of the record, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
