These Writ Petitions coming on for Preliminary Hearing in B Group this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo stating that by virtue of the latest election where the new Government has assumed the power, the petitioners ceased to be the members of the School Committee. Hence, the writ petitions have become infructuous.
Memo is placed on record.
Accordingly, Writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
