Goutham, Advocate for R3) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned preliminary notification dtd. November 2010 and same was published in the Karnataka Gazette Notification dtd. 8.11.2012, under Section 6[1] of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, issued by the R-1 vide Annex-D and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition as not pressed.
Memo for withdrawal is accepted.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the memo.
