THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In the instant petition, petitioner has assailed Annexure-K, by which his grievance relating to ex-gratia benefit has been turned down on the score that he is the 2nd son of deceased employee and the other members of the family have not given no objection to release ex-gratia amount.
2. Matter is pending consideration since 2013.
Petitioner is permitted to furnish no objection to claim exgratia by furnishing no objection from the other members of the deceased family and such no objection would be furnished to the respondent-Bank within a period of four weeks from today. If such no objection is furnished, in such an event, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible to claim ex-gratia, concerned respondent is hereby directed to extend ex-gratia amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of no objection of the legal representatives of the deceased to be filed by the petitioner. If there is any short comings, in that event, concerned respondent is hereby directed to communicate the same to the petitioner at the earliest for rectification of any short comings to claim ex-gratia.
With the above observation, petition stands disposed off.
