ORDER This petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to direct respondent Nos.1 to 3, more particularly, the Deputy Commissioner of Chikkaballapur District to consider the representations of the petitioners.

3. The representations are submitted in public interest and without granting sufficient time, the instant petition is filed. It appears that the petitioners have rushed to this Court without affording reasonable time to the respondents to consider their requests. Therefore, writ petition being premature, is dismissed.
