The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the Tender Notification No.017123 (91)/2014-RM:KMM, Dt.08.12.2014, issued by the 1st respondent herein inviting sealed tenders from intending business people for allotment in Sl.No.59 of Dot Stall No.6, Wyra Bus Station of Madhira Bus Depot as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, and violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and set-aside the same and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the lease rights of the petitioner.”
After arguing the case, Sri P.Vishnuvardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to pursue W.P.No.33542 of 2013.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.51350 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
