JUDGMENT Heard.
2. Aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge dated 25.07.2014 in W.P. No.25994/2014 the appellant is in this appeal.
3. By the impugned order the Hon’ble Single Judge has granted liberty to the appellant to submit a representation to the State Government on or before 18.08.2014, with a further direction to State Government to consider such representation in accordance with law and pass a speaking order within a period of one month from 18.08.2014.
4. The learned advocate for appellant submits that in compliance of the directions of the Hon’ble Single Judge the petitioner has submitted a representation on 23.03.2018 and the same has not yet been considered.
5. In the circumstance, we dispose of this appeal with a direction to the State Government to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s representation, if not already considered, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
