ORDER The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the proceedings in M.C.No.4247/2012, from which the instant petition arises stand disposed of in view of the compromise entered into between the parties. In that view, the instant petition has rendered itself infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as having become infructuous.
2. Since, the amount in deposit is to enure to the benefit of the respondent, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount to the respondent on proper identification. Accordingly, I.A.No.2/2017 is also disposed of.
