Learned Additional SPP submits that investigation is completed and charge sheet is already submitted before the jurisdictional police for the offence under Section 504 of IPC and hence having regard to the prima facie material relied on by the prosecution in support of the said accusations, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek discharge before the trial Court.
