ORDER Sri Jagadeeshgoud Patil, learned advocate sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty being reserved to the petitioner to avail remedy in accordance with law. Submission stands recorded and the petition stands disposed of upholding the office objections raised by the Registry with regard to maintainability. However, liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to assail the impugned order before the jurisdictional forum in accordance with law.
