ORDER Mr.K J Jagadeesha, learned counsel for the petitioner.
None for the respondent.
2. Petitions are admitted for hearing.
3. In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is assailing the validity of the order dated 09.08.2018 passed on application filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act by which Family Court has awarded Rs.2,000/- as maintenance to the respondent.
4. When the matter is taken up today, petitioner submitted he has filed petition for dissolution of marriage in the year 2015 and same is posted for final arguments.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission, instead of examining validity of the order dated 09.08.2018, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petitions with a direction to the Family Court to conclude the proceedings expeditiously within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
Accordingly, petitions are disposed of.
