THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.402 of 2014 Between:
m/S. Sri Aruna Industries PETITIONER AND 1. Sri N. Gangadhar, Superintending Engineer, (Operation Circle), Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Lilmited, Rajahmundry – 533 101, East Godvari District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court dated 09.01.2014 passed in W.P.M.P.No.750 of 2014 in W.P.No.682 of 2014 has already been complied with by the respondents.
In view of the said submission, this Contempt Case is dismissed and the respondents shall stand discharged.
