Perused records. The petition is admitted for hearing.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus to respondent No.1 to release the entire original documents of scheduled property in favour of the petitioner.
3. After perusal of the petition and in the fact situation of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation to the competent authority of the respondent-Bank, the respondent-
Authority shall decide the claim of the petitioner by a speaking order within four weeks from the date of submitting the representation.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
