ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1st Respondent in passing any order on petitioner’s representation, dated 16.04.2014, for transfer the licence of Bharath Saw Mill in petitioner’s name and to Renew the same for the year 2013-14 is illegal, arbitrary, capricious, and violative of Articles 14, 15 and 21 of Constitution of India and also against the principles of natural justice. Consequently, direct the 1st Respondent to dispose petitioner’s Representation dated 16.04.2014 forthwith.”
At the hearing, Sri N.A.Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 24.11.2014, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.32024 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
