ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to respondent No.1 to consider the nomination paper of the petitioner filed on 25.02.2016 as per the acknowledgment issued and produced at Annexure-B by including his name in the list of contesting candidates for the election to the Managing Committee of respondent No.2, the Committee of Majlis-E-Islamia.
Record perused. Due to efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous and the same does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
