O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition.
2. The memo reads as under:
“The undersigned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondent Police have filed charge sheet before the Hon’ble JMFC, Chintamani and the petitioner herein has been released on bail after consideration of bail application filed before the Hon’ble JMFC, Chintamani.
Wherefore the counsel for the petitioner that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition filed under Section 439 for CR.P.C. in the interest of justice.”
3. Taking the memo on record, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
