THIS CRL.P COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Cr.No.237/2014. The matter is pending since 2015. When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner has remained absent.
2. Learned HCGP who has taken notice for respondent No.1 submits that after investigation is completed, charge sheet is laid against the petitioner and other accused for the offences punishable under sections 7 and 3 of Essential Commodities Act.
In view of these developments, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for his discharge on the grounds available under law, the petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
