List of fresh cases has been revised thrice. None appeared for the review applicant nor there is any request of pass over. We have perused the application for condonation of delay filing alongwith the review application and also the review application. There is no explanation worth being accepted nor any case is made out even for issuing notice to the respondents. The review application suffers from laches. The application for condonation of delay is rejected. Consequently, the review application is dismissed. Order Date :- 5.1.2010 MFA
