Sri Akkamamba Inland Fisherman Co-operative Society Ltd., Rep. by its President, Sri Pukkilla Simhachalam PETITIONER AND 1. The District Panchayat Officer, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
