THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Defendant No.3 in O.S.No.184/2009 on the file of the Civil Judge (Sr.Dn), Ramanagara, has come up in this writ petition impugning the order dated 25.4.2015 in rejecting to mark the unregistered palupatti sought to be produced by the defendants in the said suit.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating that the present writ petition does not survive for consideration for the reason that the suit in OS.No.184/2009 itself is disposed of by judgment dated 19.8.2016. The same is confirmed by the e-courts website of Ramanagara District. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, the memo is taken on record and this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
