Respondent This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to consider the documents produced by the petitioner in proof of date of birth aadhaar card and process the application of the petitioner for passport without insisting the entry of name of the petitioner in the date of birth certificate as per the application submitted by the petitioner, acknowledgment of which is at Annexure-K.

2. In this petition, the petitioner inter-alia has prayed for a direction to the competent authority to consider the application submitted by him for issuance of passport.
3. In the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the competent authority to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of passport, if not already considered, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
