THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER The petitioner is a tenant and the respondent is landlord. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if one years time is granted, the petitioner would vacate and deliver the vacant possession of the suit schedule property to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has agreed for the same. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. The petitioner is granted one years time to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the suit schedule property to the respondent by the end of December, 2017. The petitioner is directed to file undertaking to that effect within four weeks from today before this Court. The petitioner is directed to pay the arrears of rent, if any, and pay future rents regularly to the respondent without any single default. Failure to pay the rents regularly by the petitioner, the respondent is at liberty to move this Court to recall the order passed by this Court.
