ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging that notwithstanding the interim stay granted by this Court on 21.08.2014 with respect to orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 30.06.2014, impugned in WP.No.23741 of 2014, the orders of the fourth respondent are not given effect to.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has received instructions of the Tahsildar, which state that in pursuance of the orders of this Court, which were produced by the petitioner on 22.08.2014, the power supply to the sixth respondent was disconnected on 23.08.2014, as per the report of the Assistant Engineer, APSPDCL, Somandepalli.
3. In view of that, therefore, since the order of this Court is complied with, nothing further survives for consideration in the contempt case.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
