ORDER The petitioner seeks for a writ of habeas corpus seeking release of his daughter Ms.Subhashini A.S. By the order dated 1-9-2017, it was noticed that she has attained majority on 9-8-2017. On being asked by the Court, she had submitted that she will go with her parents. Therefore, she was permitted to join her parents. Thereafter, the mater was adjourned at the request of the learned Government Advocate with regard to the status report concerning the acts committed by the 4th respondent.
2. In view of the detenue going with her parents, we do not find any reason to continue the proceedings. Consequently, writ petition is dismissed.
