Service of Notice to R4-R10 dispensed with vide order dated 30.05.2019) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct respondent No.3 to take action in accordance with law on the FIR registered in Crime No.50/2019 registered by him vide Annexure – B and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in 'B' Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks writ of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to take action in accordance with law on the FIR registered in crime No.50/2019.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned AGA submitted that a suitable action in FIR shall be taken in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to conclude the investigation expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today and thereafter, to take action in accordance with law.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
