On 18.03.2019 the counsel for the respondent landlord had submitted that in pursuance of the order of the Executing Court the possession of the schedule premises was handed over to him through Court Amin. In this regard he has produced the mahazar drawn and the order sheet. Even today, there is no representation by the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the submission of the counsel for the respondent, this revision petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
