RESPONDENTS THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLE 226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO QUASH THE ENDORSEMENT/NOTICE OF THE TAHSILDAR – R1 DATED 02.07.2014 AT ANNEXURE – A VIDE ITS ORDER NO.LRF/CR:61/69-70 AND ETC., THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R These writ petitions are filed on 28.04.2016 with several office objections. When these matters come up before the Court for the first time on 11.08.2016 two weeks’ time was granted for compliance of office objections. Subsequently, on 20.10.2016 again one week’s time was granted and thereafter, one more week’s time was granted on 06.06.2017. Inspite of that office objections are not complied with. Subsequently, on 12.09.2017 it is stated that the petitioner has changed the counsel and the counsel who came on record submitted that he would comply with the office objections and would pay the cost within one week’s time. However, it is seen that the office objections are not complied with nor the cost is paid.
Hence, writ petitions are dismissed.
