O R D E R Sri G. Balakrishna Shastry, learned counsel for petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents The writ petition is admitted for hearing and the same is heard finally.
2. In this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia seeks writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner made in the representation dated 15.12.2018 within a fixed time limit.
3. After going through the pleadings made in the petition and in view of the nature of relief as prayed for by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15.12.2018, if not already decided by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
