S.Reji vs State Of Kerala

Petitioner has approached this Court complaining that the Sub Registrar is not receiving the document for registration since it is insufficiently stamped. Apparently, the petitioner has not prepared the document in the appropriate stamp paper, which, according to the petitioner, is the requisite stamp duty for the document, nor has the petitioner approached the concerned authority for adjudication of the appropriate stamp duty. Having not done so, this writ petition is premature and hence the same is dismissed.
