ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a Writ, in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order, declaring the action of Executive Engineer, Irrigation Circle, Ranga Reddy District, the Hyderabad Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board, the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, and the Deputy Collector and Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal, respondents 2,3,4 and 5 herein, in unilaterally altering the FTL and fixing the new FTL stones of Osman Sagar lake in Khanapur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and void; and pass such further or other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.36843 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
