JUDGMENT / ORDER

The first petitioner is the mother and the second and third petitioners are her minor children. The first petitioner has applied for passport on behalf of her minor children. The first petitioner claims that she is a legally divorced. Ext.P4 is the decree passed by the Family Court, Kottayam. Petitioner has approached this Court on account of non consideration of the application. The learned Asst.Solicitor General, based on statements, submits that the first petitioner has to personally appear before the passport issuing authority and also need to file a declaration in terms of Annexure-H. If the first petitioner appears before the passport issuing authority and files a declaration in Annexure-H, that shall be considered by the passport issuing authority. In view of the matter, the first petitioner shall appear before the passport issuing authority WP(C).No.31981/2014-W.
2 with the prior appointment and also file a declaration in terms of Annexure-H. Based on that, application for passport shall be considered without any further delay.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
