The complaint before this Court is that the amendment application moved by the petitioner was dismissed by the court below by order dated 20.10.2014. Though certified copy of the order has been applied for, it has not been granted so far. While so, the case stands posted for defence evidence on 31.10.2014. The petitioner points out that he wishes to challenge the dismissal order of the amendment application and if in the meanwhile evidence is closed, he will be put to irreparable loss and injury. 2. The petitioner prays that there may be a direction to Sub Court, Chengannur to issue a certified copy of the order dismissing the amendment application and also there may be a direction to defer the trial of the suit for a reasonable period so as to enable the petitioner to take such steps as are available to him in law.

3. The request seems to be reasonable and just. The Sub Court, Chengannur is directed to issue certified copy of the order dated 20.10.2014 dismissing the amendment application filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the trial of the suit shall stand postponed for a period of three weeks.
