THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Mr. Vignesh Shetty, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
None for respondent.
2. In this writ petition, petitioner, inter alia, seeks writ of mandamus seeking a direction to the respondent-Bank to release the title deeds pertaining to the schedule property.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he be granted an opportunity to put forth his grievance by way of representation to the respondent Bank. Thereafter the respondent Bank shall decide the representation which may be submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Bank that in case the petitioner submits a representation within a period of one week from today, the competent authority of the respondent Bank shall decide the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order within a period of one week from the date of such representation. This Court does not express any opinion on the claim of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
