This writ petition is filed for a mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in demanding the additional amounts to the tune of Rs.21,59,052/- by revising the bills of April, 2013 to September, 2013 without furnishing any details whatsoever as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to set aside the additional demands made in the bills for the period from April, 2013 to September, 2013 including the impugned notice in letter No.SE/OP/MBNR/SAO/HT/D.No.681/4, dated 31-08-2014 of the 2nd respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel for the respondents represented that the subject matter of the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 28-04-
2014 in W.P.No.12896 of 2014 passed by this Court.
3. Since the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the said writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14-09-2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Till such orders are passed, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondents for non-payment of the amount fixed in the revised bills. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
Let a copy of the order in W.P.No.12896 of 2014 dated 28- 04-2014 be annexed to this writ petition.
