JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. According to the petitiner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1658 of 2014 of the Maradu Police Station.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor has produced the report of the investigating officer which shows that the crime has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 324 IPC. Both the offences being bailable, the application seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail.
With the said observation, this bail application is dismissed.
