The petitioner’s vehicle bearing registration No.KL-05-AC- 49 has been seized alleging transportation of minor mineral without permit. The petitioner submitted that he has valid pass.

Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to release the vehicle on executing a simple bond. However, this will not stand in the way of the third respondent prosecuting the petitioner in accordance with law, if so warranted.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
