JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has alleged police harassment and prays for a direction to 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner in any manner in connection with Crime No.938 of 2014.
3. Learned Government Pleader submits that petitioner has been granted bail as per judgment of this Court 10.10.2014. He also submits that bail was granted subject to certain conditions and further, petitioner has to co-operate with the investigation and report before the investigating officer as and when required. The further condition, i.e. 2nd condition, is that the petitioner shall report before the investigating officer between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on every alternate Sundays until the submission of the final report. In view of the above two conditions the bail was granted to the petitioner and WP(C) No. 29127 of 2014 -:2:-
we see that it is not a case of police harassment, to issue any direction as prayed for. Petitioner has to comply with the directions given by this Court on 10.10.2014.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
