Concurrent orders passed on an application for temporary injunction are impugned. It is unnecessary to delve deep into the issues since the suit itself is ripe for trial.
2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Mavelikkara to dispose of O.S. No. 321/2012 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of production of this judgment.
3. The suit shall be disposed of untrammeled by any observation or finding contained in the orders impugned. The Original Petition is dismissed subject to the above clarification.
