JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has submitted Ext.P2 application for assignment of land for pathway. Petitioner submits that for the beneficial enjoyment of her property no other pathway is existing and the land is used as pathway. It is the only way for ingress and egress to the petitioner's property.
2. Considering the pendency of Ext. P2 application, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent District Collector to consider Ext. P2 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from today.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
