JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a hereditary Santhi of the 1st respondent temple. He was suspended from service on allegations of certain misconduct. Subsequently, the suspension was cancelled and the petitioner was ordered to be reinstated. But the petitioner has not been reinstated yet. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed Ext.P5 representation before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5 expeditiously. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
