~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition for anticipatory bail. 2. Petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.588/2013 of Pooyappally Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with the said crime.
3. The learned Public Prosecutor has produced the report of the investigating officer, which shows that the investigation of this case was over even prior to 31.03.2014 and final report has already been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court-II, Kottarakkara on 31.03.2014. Matters being so, the petitioner can surrender before the court below and seek regular bail, and in such BA.8512/2014 : 2 :
case, the court below shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
With the said observation, this bail application is dismissed.
